Good video, given you’re a powerlifter and range of motion requirements for that sport aren’t as extreme as they are in things like weightlifting and gymnastics like you said unless you have a Mobility deficit it’s highly unlikely you’ll need to push it all that much. Just use full rom for everything and that’ll probably have you covered nicely
