Your nasal cavities are not merely two openings in your body. Within them, the cosmic forces are at play. While the average person remains unaware, a yogi maintains equilibrium between the material and spiritual realms by acknowledging these forces. It is important to recognize that the breath entering your nostrils influences the internal fire within you. Therefore, whenever you experience weakness or fear, lazy, or lethargic. By regulating the airflow through your nasal passages, you can dispel this darkness.
✅Whenever you breathe from the right nostril, you charge yourself, the fire element dominant at that time, you naturally feels motivated,
✅ when we breath from left nostril, you develop a sense of creativity, stability, and focus.
Here is my suggestion whenever you feel that you need extra energy to boost you in work. Start practising right nostril breathing. any mental discomfort, when you feel lack of motivation and you want to develop the interest into work, Practice right nostril breathing.
Whenever you want mantle rest and want to nurture or nourish your body, practice left nostril breathing.
