This is true, but I felt like he was stalking/watching me. I locked my door & had alarms & was even afraid to leave my windows open at night, no matter the weather. Loved winter so I could lock them securely. My cat was a great comfort during that time.

I have never been afraid of the dark or of silence. Both of these things have always had a calming effect on me maybe it is because when it is quiet you are able to hear if there is danger around and obviously nobody is yelling at me then either…. But…. I do not like feeling trapped or being in confined spaces. That is what beings out my anxiety the most.

I love the dark. I go to bed during the day and stay up all night. I can't sleep at night only when the sun is up.

Yup, I leave my lights on at night but he also broke into my house, sat in my roof all day and woke me up at 1am so I think being afraid of the dark is warranted

Before, I used to always need silence to get to sleep...but now after this time with the person I no longer trust in my home or my car...I always leave a podcast playing or funny show I like with YouTube premium since it stays on when your phone screen is off(darkness is ok but completely silent is tough)....this is weird because I never used to sleep with a TV or noise on when I was a kid and even just a couple years ago...do you guys think this is this somehow related to being scared like I was with them in my room? They would sometimes go thru my phone when I was sleeping (once on a vacation and it ruined it) or even question me when I went up to go to the bathroom. They wouldn't even let me leave the hotel room to go downstairs for snacks and I'm a grown man....how could this happen to me? 😢. thank you everyone here

Your latest shorts about cellphones etc are spot on. My ex had a vault locker on hers where she stored her text and sex apps. 14 a piece.

She also became a queen of remote management. Uploaded so much treacherous spy tools and has made communication with others the last 2 years difficult.

She also poisoned me with lithium and thallium
