Hi Ash! I'm a new runner (complete beginner), I've been running for a couple of months now. I really enjoy your standing stretches as I live in a houseshare and my room is tiny, so I don't really have the space to do the mat stretches, though I would love to. Keep up the good work with the videos! 👍🏾

Fantastic warm up, thanks Ash. Anything with rotations is so beneficial for me right now. What with trying to improve my swimming and kayaking I need to rotate my upper body. So good when one can use one exercise for a multitude of purposes. You always give clear instructions - so much appreciated.
