My experience with Apple cider vinegar is that it absolutely destroys my sugar cravings which is a GREAT benefit for me! Always have it diluted with a slice of lemon to help with its bitter taste

It stops sugar cravings if 2 tbsps are drank in lukewarm water on empty stomach. That's how it stops you eating unnecessary calories. Hence the weight loss.

I've been struggling with really bad heartburn over months of being stressed out last year and I have to say that vinegar did help a lot. I've been drinking 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 500 ml of water every morning for a year and I now only rarely suffer from heartburn. I guess which vinegar you use is up to personal taste, but if anyone's suffering from heartburn, I do recommend you try drinking vinegar water! It helped me A LOT!!

The only thing I’ve noticed in my own personal, non professional experience is that it helps with my digestion if I have a tablespoon of ACV with water. I normally bloat and can often feel tightness or discomfort in my gut, but when I take the ACV it helps. I definitely don’t think it’s a cure all though.

Since I have been adding ACV to my organic fruit and veggie blends which I drink 3 times a week my Doctor check ups have been excellent for the past 3yrs. ACV is good for your whole body.

I started taking 2 tablespoons of ACV for almost 2months now. One in the morning just upon waking & another just before going to bed (dilluted in a glass of lukewarm water). I noticed that I started to sleep like a baby since. Like really deep sleep for about 8-12hrs. I never experienced this before. In fact I have been suffering from insomnia most of the time but not until I started taking ACV. It really works on me plus it helped me a lot with my digestion. I dot not feel bloated anymore & my bowel movement had really improved drastically. I highly recommend for you guys to try this as well. I assure you. You will start to feel better 100%.💖💞

No, we are talking about unfiltered, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar with the protein strands and enzymes.
So yeah, going by how you are presenting your information, it's arguably be true, but you're not even touching on it's main benefit to the gut.
This is controlled opposition at it's worst.
