I have found ACV to be amazingly effective for removing warts. I had one in the palm of my hand which my doctor attempted to freeze off multiple times over a period of 5 years. My daughter recommended I try ACV and the wart dried up quickly and has never returned. I just soaked a cotton ball in the vinegar, then held it in place for about 20 minutes. I believe that I treated it one more time as it began to dry up but that was all it took. The vinegar burns like crazy but it leaves no scars and has worked every time I've used it. It's certainly worth giving it a try.

I would like to share my experience with ACV.

I was admitted to emergency with a diverticular abscess when I was 35. I didn't have any issues for 18 years and then I developed a bone infection and was on-and-off antibiotics for 2 years. The antibiotics (and stress) flared my condition. I started elimination diets, quit drinking, started cooking most of my own food. My blood pressure also dropped 40 points just by doing those things.

In 2019 I developed a fistula between my bowel and bladder which caused prostate and urinary tract infections, and I was back to taking antibiotics again (fluoroquinolones, no less). I had a bowel resection 10 months after the symptoms started but I knew what it was right away.

Since the surgery, diet has been my focus. I take a variety of naturally-sourced probiotics and use Kefir for baking now. I make and freeze bone broths to make soup for weekday lunches, baked or overnight oats for breakfast, and dinners are a protein and vegetable; stir fries are helping this process for weekly prep. I avoid corn (and corn by-products if I can), nuts, and seeds, and most processed food. The few times I ate corn or chopped nuts, it could take weeks for it to pass.

The point of all of this being, I know my bowel habits very well. I started intermittently drinking ACV 2 years ago and it makes such a difference to my regularity. I think that it kills bad bacteria in diverticular pockets and helps prevent abscesses. I also think that ACV helps breakdown these complicated foods (corn, nuts, seeds) that can get 'stuck' in our digestive tract, and aids in getting them out of our system. I can tell by the consistency of my bowel movements when I am 'draining' a pocket, and what comes out with it. I am convinced there is a correlation between that and taking ACV, and now try to have 3 - 4 tablespoons every day. I mix it with a tart berry juice with some OJ. I hate the taste of it. It takes more than a spoonful of sugar for that medicine to go down.

My main reason for taking ACV, after years of managing and observing my diet, is 'cleaning out the pipes'. I swear by it for that. Next is heartburn, bloating, and digestion.

Edit: This may also be why some people experience diarrhea.

I've successfully used it for a nasty, painful, case of restaurant food poisoning. Apparently those bacteria don't care for 1:1 ratio of ACV:water. Frankly, I didn't either (and rinsed like crazy), but just a few spoonfuls taken very slowly over 20-30 minutes got me out of a "might need the hospital" situation safely.

Here is one truth about vinegar I can report. It dissolved my kidney stones. It also seems to solve stomach acid issue I had.

ACV has definitely helped me lose weight. At the same time, it cleared up some minor acne and my blood pressure dropped. I am not a lab rat.

My mother was an RN and would put a few Tbsp of Apple cider vinegar, some salt, and a little bit of sugar in a gallon of water. We drank that after we came in on hot days. She said that was what they made to help keep the soldiers hydrated during WW2.

Dr.Berry the regular drinking of ACV mixed with water helps with my digestion, and consistently lowers my blood sugar after meals & also with the "dawn effect" when taken a half hour before bedtime. I've used my blood sugar meter to check results many, many times! Totally agree with you on the many things you mentioned it is not good for, but would be helpful if you also listed the things it IS helpful for, such as heartburn, gerd, & indigestion, but most of all to help with lowering blood sugar. 😊👍

Apple cider vinegar supplements completely eliminated my 24/7 nausea, that I’ve suffered from for at least 10 years, and digestive issues. After taking them for a few weeks, I no longer had to take my prescription nausea medication (meant for cancer patients) and injectable gravol. So it definitely has some great benefits! I’ll continue taking it, because it is a miracle for me.

It has long been a reflux relief when mixed with water, in our family. Every time someone had heart burn. Gone.

I use ACV twice a day: in the morning when I get up and before bed. I found 1 tbsp of ACV in 6 oz of water (not super cold) with 2 squirts of lemon juice tastes decent :) Since I've been doing this (6 months or so) my heartburn is gone, my morning nausea is gone, I don't feel bloated all the time, and I don't have that general malaise feeling anymore.

I have gastroparesis, so that explains why I felt horrible and bloated while using ACV. Eating ELAB/Keto/IF for 9 months has allowed me to get rid of 99 pounds, both Type 2 Rx drugs, statin drug, GERD Rx and cut 3/5ths of opioid Rx. My inflammation is extremely low now. Still have 41 pounds to go to goal. Thanx for your facts! 🧡✌🏽😊

is it possible they don't want to do tests on humans because it might be beneficial and stop people from taking medications Rx by their physician?

I haven't heard of any of these claims but I have to say I have acv every morning with lemon juice and deconcentrated with mineral water and since I've been drinking it I have reduced a lot of body fluid, I seem to be more regular, I don't have any reflux at all and I've had a skin condition for a number of years that has never gone away fully, but when I drink acv it slows it down or stops it. I don't think it is a panacea for all conditions but I like it. I put ground cinnamon in the mineral water to take the smell away and I always feel so much better after having it.

I stopped taking ACV when my Mom passed for about 8 days because we were traveling. Then I saw this video and continued not to use. My blood glucose has been higher and I’m swelling in my feet also no weight loss. I’m going back on today because I believe it was helping me. I will let you know for sure in a week from today. I will continue to watch you😁 you are very informative. I take the liquid ACV 1 T with 1 T real lemon juice add Stevia and 16 oz water.
