I put two tablespoons of ACV with juice of one fresh lemon in the morning to neutralize the “dawn effect “. In addition put some cayenne pepper to stimulate your metabolism.

I noticed a long time ago whenever I ate salad with a vinegar-based dressing that I would always feel energetic afterward...I thought it was due to just the veggies in the salad alone...Now I know what it really was. 🤗

Thank you so much for all you do Dr. Berg. A few years ago i was on a vegetarian diet consuming large amounts of carbohydrates because i believed you needed high carbs to get results in the gym (I am very strict with my workout routine and was with my diet) but then i started to develop severe rashes all over my body first my hands then my arms etc. I went to the doctor they gave me some medical ointment and it went away but i started to wonder why that was happening in the first place and wanted to take care of it naturally. I stopped using the cream once i ran out and didnt renew my prescription. My mom thought i was crazy and was always on my back about going to the doctor to get my rash taken care of. I was determined to figure this thing out because i had been eating what i thought was a proper human diet. I always had eczema but never ever like this so it had to be my diet. I went back to eating meat, I still ate carbs but kept my food organic and clean. The rash never went away instead it got worse. I was desperate and was about to give up and go back to the doctor. Then i saw one of your videos and the way you explained the keto diet made all the sense in the world so i figured id try it out. In just a few months ALL of my rashes went away. Something i had been fighting for years now was finally under my control. Now with furthur research and watching all of your videos i now know i had an overgrowth of candida. My assumption is i was eating far too much gluten and it destroyed my gut microbiome or maybe it was excessive carbs in general. So now with a clean keto diet, intermittent fasting, taking a good probiotic, and following your advice i have taken control of my health with no need for the poison the doctors only seem to want to give me. Some other unexpected benefits I've had are my asthma symptoms are mostly all gone i havent had a need for an inhaler i dont even own one anymore, and athletes foot that would always spring up every year has completely vanished! I did notice that after eating a large meal i would get extremely tired and lethargic. I usually take ACV in the morning but i found if i consumed 1-2 Tbs. of ACV after a large meal my energy levels would stay high. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for you Dr. Berg you have completley changed my life I am 29 and aging doesnt scare me one bit armed with knowledge like this. For 1 month I am drinking ACV first thing in the morning in warm water. My lethargy has gone. I was so lethargic and so low in energy that sometimes I could not even get up from bed and go take a bath.

i mix apple cidar vinegar with parsnip and garlic... i use it as sallad dressing preferable on tomatoes and choped red onions... pure health!

Thanks Dr.Berg. Wish my dad could have heard you. He loved chemistry and biology and was preaching ACV 25 years ago. I add it to your elecrtolyte drink occasionally, but now that you mention it, I do recall having more energy just recently after drinking this combination before a very strenuous day of physical activity. Keep up the great work !

I’ve been taking it for a couple days to balance my PH and I’ve noticed some awesome benefits.
I had the energy to clean and de-clutter areas that I have been lacking the energy/motivation to do.
And I also noticed I cannot stop going to the bathroom. Both ways! I think it’s detoxing me and I had the slightest headache too.
I’m gonna continue to take it.
