Whoa!!! 7 years without a comment??? This is a GOOD little video, and it's content has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt in subsequent times. Exercise, including and perhaps especially, strength training is good for ALL parts of your body, including your brain. if i could just remember to go the gym more often, lol!!
