Did my first set of these today. Been doing outside workouts for about 3 months. This shit takes time. Keep going and stay consistent. 3 months ago I had no clue I was capable and I'm nowhere near as in good of shape as this guy.

Impressive. I do all of these things but not all in one set normally. Don't forget to walk up a wall and do handstands, situps, vertical leg lifts, and backwards bridge pushups to get back on your feet. I can only do about a dozen like that in any session if I do full sets but I'm focused on physical therapy first so I won't have a recording yet.

You can also do this Standing:
Plank to Squat position
Squat + (Alt) Cross High Kicks (Toe Touches)
Squat + (Alt) Cross Middle Kicks (Push Kick)
Squat + (Alt) Cross Low Kicks (Aim for knee level)
Squat + (Alt) Knee Raises (Ankle Touches)
Squat + (Alt) Reverse Lunges
Burnout with Burpees (Beginner to Advanced Burpees, etc..)
[The Squats are replaceable with Reverse Lunges too]

If you're a beginner then here's an advice for you. You won't go that far with just 30 days in your transformation no matter what kind of exercise you do and add to your routine and even if you do this one shown on the video for 1 hour a day. The key is consistency and doing it everyday and never giving up despite not seeing any visible changes. It may take a few months or a few years, but always remember that your training will never betray you as long as you are not doing anything wrong, stupid, or outlandish.

I just turned 64 work out 3-4 a week lifting and and doing 20 min on incline treadmill and 10 on stair master I can squeeze out 40 pushups all the way down and up, don’t know if I can do 1 of these, but I’m gonna try.Get back with you in 2 weeks.

For anyone that needs motivation, I’m a pretty big guy, I have a gut, but I’m not fat, I’m 6”1 250
I could only do 1 rep wen I started and that was barely
I did it every night before bed
And now I can do five reps after only two weeks
I’m shooting for 10
Keep up the hard work fellas

I've been doing this every other day doing 5 sets and man, it burns good..lol. It gives you great pumps. I'm hoping to do that set of 5 within 15 minutes. I'm still not there yet but I'll get there. Thank you for this routine!

1-3 sets
15 reps per set
Each rep consists of 10 pushups followed by a squat, performed as demonstrated in the video.
(150 pushups total per set)

15-30 seconds rest in between each rep.

If you do more than 1 entire set I recommend resting 5-10 minutes before starting another set. Stretch before you start, in between sets, and after you are completely done. Drink water and and eat plenty of protein to recover.

Do this for a week (rest days as needed) for great results!.
