At 47 I'm as strong as I've ever been. I still hit the gym 3 to 4 days a week. What I wouldn't give to have the comradery these young brothers have. My old classmates would rather get high and drunk than get some of that good money. Stay at it and know that the sky's the limit.

I saved this to my playlist. My approach will be doing the first set 3x a week for 2 weeks until I can do it comfortably. Then add the second and continue. I know I can’t knock this out right now but I’ll progress to it💪🏿
