Yes! I started power lifting in the 70's and after 50 years of never doing these warm ups on leg day because, it was considered a sissy thing to do, I have hip issues. I now do them just like LBP and all is well. Thank you again for helping all of us in our journey for a better and healthier body. 😊

This is why Patty is perhaps the best influencer for all fitness types on YouTube today. Warmup is SO important, and almost nobody does it properly. She has made her channel cool, and so everything she does on it is cool. She's managed to somehow make warmup cool to the masses that don't do it. I guarantee she's made a measurable impact on the number of her subscribers that do proper warmup now.

My leg day warmup/cool down is definitely the one I need more work on. I'm reminded of it every time I hit the stairs in my place in the days following legs. I go from bouncing up those puppies 3 at a time to "Boy, I sure do live on the top floor, don't I?
