Hey besties!

This is day 10 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute stretch & strength pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Reminder, as always, these are just my workouts I do daily that I want to share. I'm not a medical professional so please if anything hurts stop this video and rejoin me on another!

Day 10, and we made it! Probably the most consistent I’ve ever been in my life. I look forward to doing your workouts every day and I’m so proud of myself for getting this far. My body didn’t really changed yet, but what changed is the way I feel about myself . I feel so much better after doing my workout and I learned to love my body . Thank you so much ❤

I’m in day 15, but today I’m on my period and it hurts so much, that I decided to do this workout and it was just perfect. Thank you so much

Even though I didn’t do the workout somedays I still did 10 days if this workout even if it wasn’t 10 days in a row I’m so proud of myself

I can't believe I am in day 10!! This is the first time I have stayed consistent to a workout before and to think I almost passed out the first day I took your Pilates workout. I really enoyed today and my body is now getting more flexible especially with the leg raises. Thank you Madeleine! And I am so happy your video popped up for me on Tiktok.♥♥♥♥♥♥

Day 10 done (: I unfortunately didnt do it yesterday, but its okay. I did it today and am so proud of myself for even getting back to it. God reminded me that every day is new and and to keep going. Been inviting jesus to my meals and my weightloss. He wants to do *life* with us, even workouts ! ❤ invite jesus to your workouts, its life changing. 😊

Day 10/30 ✅ yay yay and yay. Today's Sunday and I unfreskinhbelievably did it. So so so proud of myself for being consistent. I know my efforts will be rewarded with something great in the future. I am so glad that I did this today. Thank you Madeleine❤❤

day 10... those last 2 workouts were such a curveball in difficulty oh my word...

good job to everyone who's made it this far!! to anybody who's thinking about giving up, do not. i struggle with depression very actively in my life, and working out has been one of the best ways to get out all of my pent-up emotions, and not to mention how amazing it makes you feel emotionally. keep pushing on, you've got this!! <3

I was so unmotivated to work out today and I procrastinated it all day, but then I thought to myself: okay, just check what today's video's about, and then you can decide if you still wanna do it. And now here I am, I just completed it and I am proud of myself

Went smooth I did skip 2 and stopped sometime as I felt my wrist was locking up, but over all SMASHED IT✨

Day 10 is completed! Time flew! And what amazes me the most is the fact that these workouts are what I look for in the morning now. This one was amazing. Thank you Madeleine! On to day 11!
