I am so excited to be sharing another pilates video with you guys,

Day ten complete! This is the most that I've sweated while doing this workout plan so far. My stomach is my problem area so I'm happy that I have guided workout to help this. I had to modify a lot due to preexisting back problems so what I didn't feel in my abs I felt in my legs. I'm a bit sad because I so badly wanted to do today's workouts without modifying, but I'll get over it. Safety first! There will come a day when I can complete this workout without modifying it. Good job to everyone who's participating. I believe in us.

Wasn't able to do the same exercices (I modified some). But I liked it! I feel a great burn!

It was a direct hit on my abs!!! I almost gave up but pushed through it and I'm proud of myself for that.

Wow in the previous 1 month plan, the stretch days were very different. This felt like an absworkout. Still super fun though. Congratulations on completing 2 weeks besties!!🎉🎉

I wasnt planning to do today. I binged earlier then burned 900 cals in a diff workout😭 but i did it tonight. Proud of myself tbh

hiii madeleine! the title and thumbnail are wrong 😢 but this was a great workout. i'm the least flexible with my left leg and it was shaking so badly this workout lol!
