Hey besties!

This is day 6 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute daily recovery stretch routine. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

Idk how to articulate it, but this channel is making me love being a girl again. I am pretty active, I lift weights and train cardio 6 days a week but something about pilates with the calm music and cute outfits just makes me feel so feminine and I love it so much. I'm such a big fan of this, thank you so much for sharing 🤍

Day 6: OMG! This was great. My muscles were stretching, and my bones were cracking. It felt so good. I am totally good to be using this again. Thank you so much for the video.

Trying to GLOW UP during spring break/ before summer!

Day 6:

- I wasn't able to do everything the exact way she did but I still did it!
-This felt nice and was an easy way to (almost) end the first week!

- I almost forgot to do it since I've been busy a lot today but I wanted to make sure I did it!

Everytime I stretch myself, I cry. I can't even reach the ground when I lean forward. Atleast I tried. And maybe I'm gonna do that again to see any results...
But I really love your workouts, you motivate me everytime!❤

Keep on going, guys!! this might be a painful journey, but no pain no GAIN!!!

I used to hate how painful it is, but i remembered my time in taekwondo, stretching is already painful but i never minded it because i was ecstatic to improve and learn! It's always the mindset! ❤️

Keeping consistent with this routine, I’m happy this was a stretch day because I just got back from figure skating practice and my coach was telling me to keep stretching at home, I was also tired so this helped :)

doing this on christmas and it is the most relaxing thing ever!! i missed a couple days due to personal reasons, but so excited to be back! 😊

Its so interesting reading these comments and finding that so many others were really unmotivated for day 6, i was too and unfortunately completely skipped it for a day but i made sure to get right back on it the day after 💪🏻

Day 6 done
I did this on the morning and i feel wonderful. I love stretching exercices so that one wasn't to difficult for me. See you tomorrow !!
