Day eleven complete! I love how the exercises are slowly becoming easier to complete but also more sweat intensive (at least for me)! I am super proud of myself. I've never been this dedicated to working out and I feel a difference in my body--stamina and strength for sure. Good job to everyone who's participating! I believe in us.

day 11: done!
BESTIES YALL ARE DOING GREAT!!! I did this workout while on day one of my period and resisted to those cramps!! My endurance raised so much from day one and now I don't need many breaks as I did before.
No matter how long it takes to finish these workouts every body works different and we should allow our bodies to rest if needed!
BESTIES WE CAN DO IT!!!

Ayer no pude entrenar porque realmente estaba demasiado cansada, normalmente practico taekwondo 3 veces a la semana, pero para recuperar algunas clases hemos tenido días seguidos y ah, era demasiado pero hoy volvemos con todo, me gustó mucho el entrenamiento pero dolió demasiado también 🩷
