I can't remember the last time I woke up without neck/upper back tightness and discomfort. I do rhomboid and mid-trap exercises, but maybe not nearly enough.

I have mild scoliosis that’s just getting worse over time. Chiropractor recommended I sleep on my left side to negate the curve in my spine from curving to the right. I do exercise at least once per week, anyway I slept wrong and my left shoulder blade/neck area is in pain any time I need to use this side.. Hope this helps thanks for the demo

Thank you! I have noticed this increasingly but also hip pain. Any exercises for that or maybe it’s the Asian squat! I’m working on it. I am coming along on it. I can get in position but heels are still an inch or so off the floor.
