You just saved my life. I’m in bed with some really bad caughing and fever and I’ve developed shoulder pain overnight so bad I was ready to cry. This morning I found your excercises I did them and the pain is gone!!!!🎉 I’ll do them more during the day but it’s an absolute lifesaver. Thank you!

This is awesome man, what’s really been hurting me lately is upper back like right at the joint of the neck. I’m reading a lot so I’m trying to get out of that posture, great videos man! 🤙

Thanks. I have popped ac joint, torn labrum, low lying acromion, dislocations, nerve root impingement etc. I really hope these work because I've been scheduled for surgery.

I recently had surgery on my right shoulder and these are the exact exercises by PT, and I just do them at home! I had a mupulation lots of scar tissues removed! The pain is horrible but hoping for some relief soon! Thanks for the video!

I’m just a kid and I haven’t been able to sleep the last few nights because of how bad my shoulder pain is I really hope this is able to help it because I’ve tried multiple stretch’s and either I didn’t do them right or they didn’t target the area I have pain in.
