i have anxiety and it got so bad i started harming myself, thinking im not good enough, and feeling like everyone is judging me
whenever im in public i stay quiet, no matter what
my heart starts beating
my eyes get filled with tears
and it's horrible
but thank you for these tips, seeing a channel that focuses on mental and physical illnesses and how to over come them. thank you

Hi! Can you help me? Last year I used to have at least 1 anxiety attack/month. It's been a while (a few months) since I've had one and on my daily life I don't feel as anxious as I used to feel, but everytime I remember I have (or used to have?) anxiety I get anxious about it.

One thing that I do and I hate myself for it is paying too much attention to my own body language, to see if I'm reacting correctly in a conversation. By doing that I don't pay attention to what the person is saying and then it gets awkward and it makes me feel anxious.

The thing is: when I remember I have anxiety I get anxious, otherwise I only procastinate and pay too much attention to my body language, as I said. Is it still anxiety?? Is it something else??? Am I creating a problem when there isn't one???? I'm very confused pls help me
