I may just be a stranger on the other side of the screen, but I know you'll be fine.

Maybe not today maybe not tomorrow. Maybe not even next month.

But one day you will be fine.

Be patient.

Be strong.

I know it's difficult, but try to love yourself while you wait for it. If you feel sad or helpless in any way, it's okay to cry. It is good to cry.

The problem is, that all of these play together.
Perfectionism for example is linked with taking life too seriously and regretting too often. Sometimes it even means not sleeping enough since you need to perfect things and might lose precious time by sleeping. For me personally it’s also linked to overuse of social media because having an account and regularly posting gives me a purpose

I just keep saying to myself "I Hate Myself". Well, it's true. I keep screwing up in some things, asking and begging for attention and can't even stop procrastinating.

I'm not active on any social media sites. I took a break from social media in 2019 because of depression and I thought I would be back after few months. But as time passed I was reluctant to go back and now I don't want to go back.

We all wanted to end pain not life. We all hate being in pain but guess what life is temporary so is pain.
Pray, understanding creates hope and be strong, help eachother.

Some people who have depression aren't even teenagers yet but are crying themselves to sleep and some are just to shut up and sit. people are dieing this world must change!

If you feel like giving up because you're not getting anywhere, remember that these are habits, and habits are a challenge to break. If I may offer a suggestion, try developing new habits to replace the old ones.
