You're 100% correct, I didn't have any of these 6 habits but now I have 5 of them.. and i feel weaker, thanks to social media brainwashing. But thanks to you, brother I'm gonna fight them harder.

The most challenging role for a boy to become a MAN is to maintain DISCIPLINE. this channel taught me that very elegantly

I am 26 and I feel that my development has been set back 10 years in the modern way of life and I am now becoming a man. Thank you for your life changing work brother. This content is 50x more effective than the shit I learned in therapy.

2:23 here’s a tip, when I go to gym I leave my phone in the locker and don’t take it out until I’m done with my workout. It gives me 100% focus on the exercises.

I'm 13. I was bullied by my classmate who I chose to be my friend. I was bullied so hard that every mistake or dishonorable action I made, I would blame my classmate. After 2 years of trying to forget the things he did to me, I finally moved on from it. I realize now that I was forsaking my own masculinity by blaming him for actions he didn't even do. I couldn't take responsibility and I was filled anger and hatred. Moving on to present time, I now take responsibility for the mistakes I make, I no longer blame anyone for my actions, I choose to be lonely and strong rather than be surrounded by a group of snakes that can stab me in the back at any moment

I was at my lowest point in life and it was the result of some poor decisions and depression. Even though my life was badass in the past, sometimes we fall... found this channel and started reading Jordan Peterson's books. The changes have already started! Thank you! And for all of you out there that have it worse than me: stay strong kings, start taking life back into your hands!

I’m glad that naturally I’ve abstained from most of these things. Sleep and technology are my current enemies. Thank you for the 10-3-1 rule, and I’ll change my scrolling habits to reading.

There's nothing wrong with playing videogames as long as you're balancing things out with your responsibilities plus working on yourself outside of games.

I'm going to address a few arrogant people in the comment section and others to understand what I mean by this comment especially the ones that be saying that they don't play videogames but on their own YouTube channels they're playing games like Roblox that has nothing of value in it, it is okay to play videogames but you must not overindulge in it reward yourself with videogames atleast an hour or 2* (sometimes) a day after a long hard day of work and working on yourself. People that have a foot in their mouth be assuming I mean spend like 5+ hours on videogames and assume that I do that when I do I usually play about 45mins to 75 mind of videogames after work and college plus me working on improving myself for myself not others approvals so that I can recharge and give my body a break from things and I'm 100% sure that the YouTuber of this channel does the same because God of war takes about 300 hours of game play to finish for those that don't play it all in one go and it varies on how experienced you are in the game. Also it's not just sacrificing videogames this can also include animes too and judging front be clips he uses on his channel for one piece and Hunter x hunter these animes are very long they're about 300+ episodes long and each episode is 24 mins and if you add that up it's far more hours spent a year than an average game would annually my issue with him is that he approaches things with a one size fits all approach which is bs when you have 3 different types of people in the world introverts, extroverts and Ambivert and depending where you fall on drastically effects how you approach things with working on yourself especially if youre an introvert also he speaks as if he doesn't have family loved ones or a relationship which is time you also gotta subtract from your 24 hours a day plus the 7 hours of sleep leaving you with very little to work with after you factor in work hours and other things. If you're trying to target a select audience then let that be known if not you're going to be sounding like a passive aggressive hypocrite just on what you say to others that you don't follow yourself while making others that don't think for themselves and lack common sense thing that what you say fits for everything. You have a viewer that does human psychology, studies the human mind, body, etc as a hobby mind you and some of things you say in your videos has a f ton of cracks. This is not take as offense but you should rethink how you word things while you yourself are doing some of these things. When you have a family of your own things are different and your ability to balance out your time to yourself gets knee capped especially if you like time maintenance and lack planning your life daily + how much hours you work if your work is not behind a computer and for those saying that it's hard to limit how much time you spend on videogames that's your first target of what you should work on (discipline) and if it's hard set an alarm clock for one hour. But I can say 100% that one of the biggest things you need to cut out of your life is social media that does absolutely nothing for your life especially TikTok that app is a quicksand for brains especially Instagram too. Also life is short don't be spending all your time doing just this learn to add some fun to your life while you still can or the years will catch up with you and you won't be able to do nothing especially spending time with family or else you'll be looking back at life wondering how fast the time went by and your kids are adults now. You got people in wars and overseas wishing that they had atleast 2 hours with their family don't lose sight on family while building yourself up but also work on yourself to better yourself not to follow and try to impress people online that can give two shits about your existence and your grind. Remember also that things take time things don't happen overnight or within a couple of days it takes months to years and no amount of effort you put will change that.

Anyways that's my two cents my 1 cent is free. Stop idolizinh YouTuber and become the best you that you want to be for yourself and if you really want to find someone that can guide you and motivate you look up Trent Shelton.

Those wondering what I do for a living I'm a almost a full timer when it comes to being a mentor, activity specialist for 40 kids in a very troubled community in NYC and I'm a part timer in college for computer graphics major art specialist while getting shit done for my family and the company I work with and on the remaining times I'm spending time with family and my girlfriend plus researching on random subjects as a hobby for about one hour and one hour to two on videogames as a reward for all I do. I also do arts and craft and sports and during the weekends I travel both in the city and out out of the city.

Just don't stuff your emotions, don't hide, you must deal with them and as often as possible find what is causing the issue within and overcome.
