Not being enhanced, training all groups twice a week was hell on my nervous system and I plateaued miserably. But I got insanely shredded.

I've found the more muscle you build, the more rest you need.
Maybe you can get away with this if you're enhanced, or only doing PPL, but if you're natural, it's basically overtraining.

Find what works for you. Don't listen to everything online. Do the work

So i have a question;

Does our entire posterior chain (Mostly the back) affects our Shoulder Width too?

For an ins. I lack a lot of lat exercises due to the insufficient equipment and my middle delt and front delt are developped well enough (rear delts are still a problem for me since yeah it's hard with 10 kgs/22 pound dumbells) i nearly did everything i could but i always had a question that even google can't give me a proper answer and that question is; Does widening our back width (Upper, Middle and Lats) help us to extend our shoulder widths, if so i'll add a few more moves for the workout.

I'm currently doing PPL but I with 2 leg workouts, 1 day of quads and glutes and the other workout Hams and calves .
