Need to add sleep in there. Without good deep sleep you won't be building as much muscle as you COULd be building

Always like your videos.... I need one help... I am masculine and lift heavy but I am not able to get rid of belly fat. I do have user abs as well but the size of my belly is not reducing. Please share advise

Awesome Pete, I’ll say one thing. In regards to muscles needing to be fully recovery to train again. IMO that is false and it hurts gains for a lot of people. Remember we are bodybuilders not powerlifters. The muscle does not need to be 100% percent recovered to train and stimulate growth. In fact I would argue if you’re 100% recovered you’re taking too much rest or don’t have enough intensity or volume. We are not going for performance or numbers, you want rest just enough that muscle is able train hard enough to restimulate growth. Much love brother we keep pushing

What about changing exercises every 3 months or so to put muscles under different presure?
