You hit on something that a lot of people don't realize, master the exercises that you've started. Also, you'll get stronger while working out, as long as you stay consistent. Anytime i've worked out with people, they want me to get bigger, faster, using more weight and low reps. That's always hurt my muscles and joints, so i've stayed as heavy as my body could handle, and lift 6-12 reps. Thanks for the video

Varying volume with intensity during a mesocycle is VERY safe & effective, as is taking the time to master each exercise & stick with them to be able to track your progress over time. No need for adding endless new exercises. 👍

Mario: I wish EVERY BODY BUILDER could see the exercise insets in this video! - especially the bicep curl ones - there are hardly ANY people who post muscle building videos who do curls correctly. How do you get them to realize that the kind of beautiful balance and artistic symmetry that you possess cannot be accomplished if they do movements incorrectly and only partially. You have built an astounding physique which really is a work of art. Blessings!
