1. Just because you're bulking, doesn't give you an excuse to eat like an idiot
2. Hit each muscle group 2 times a week
3. Evenly distribute your protein servings throughout the day
4. Recovery is just as important as training
5. Be patient, building muscle takes time

My favorite source of social media currently. Love this channel. Started at 180 lbs in April, currently at 175 but the difference in my strength and body is crazy!

7:30 Shepard's Pie. 300g minced chicken, zucchini, onions, mushrooms, rosemary/ sage/thyme, beef/chicken stock, flour to thicken. Boil head of Cauliflower in water with two cloves of garlic, blend until like mashed potato with non fat Greek, season with yoghurt, pepper, salt.

I made it. It was delicious. Thank you very much Will.

Thanks for the tips man! I'm 5 pounds away from hitting my goal weight of 160lbs and then I want to focus on building muscle the right way.
My takeaways from this video:
-Target each muscle group twice per week
-Focus on the quality of the calorie and eating lean protein
-Take your vitamins
-Rest up

2:52 Will, thanks for showing your progress bro. I started weightlifting + eating more calories about 8 months ago too and feel I've hit a plateau for the past 3 months even though I've kept my diet and training more consistent than ever before in the past (at times taking a week off to recover or just cause my schedule is too packed with studio work). Seeing your very slow progress is a relief because I've quit at plateaus many times in the past thinking that my metabolism is too fast, and I will always be skinny and scrawny no matter how hard I try. There are so many dudes out there promoting these 'get ripped quick in 3-6 month' routines out there that I've fallen for, and when you look into it they're promoting taking in so many chemicals that it just doesn't seem natural anymore. Then, when I look at channels like yours or Cole Hastings, it takes A WHILE to bulk up. I've come to realize more and more that it's gonna take years to see BIG results, and now I'm fine with that because I'm loving just going to the gym, and seeing my strength increase at my own pace.

Worst part about immediately watching the Thursday upload is that I now have to wait all the way until Sunday for another. But do you think I complain?! No, because much like building muscle, patience is a virtue!

Thanks Will,
I’m really enjoying you content!
Loving the solid advice and your nonjudgmental persona.
I’m turning sixty next year and have considered myself an athlete/athletic most all my life.
Although I don’t consider myself a “bodybuilder” per say I do appreciate all the information and actual genuine application you offer unabashed in your content.
At this age I need all the cutting edge help I can afford.
Keep up the good work!
Cheers, Steve….
