It’s mad how a women with no talent desperate for attention gets so many views and subs yet amazing free advice like this doesn’t get the subscriptions and attention it deserves. This is excellent no thrills advice and the mans body shows he’s got a lot of knowledge and practices what he preaches. I’ve been training 25+ years and must say this is best advice and channel I’ve ever seen. I learn something Everytime I watch it and am grateful that I get this for free. Keep it up big piete your biceps are mean AF you look awesome bro thanks for the videos can I suggest more frank zane vids as he’s my idol!!!

After 7 years of lifting I consider myself an intermediate. I did a lot of things wrong, trial and error is a good teacher but research is too. It’s channels like this one that I wish I watched back then but better late than never, QUALITY IS KING 💪

It's very simple to gain muscle. Eat more, increase the weights, sleep more and stress less. the routine that worked best for me was the PPL, doing 3 days of training followed by a day of rest. I have 2 variations of each workout, on push 1 I hit my chest hard, on push 2 I kill my shoulders. On pull 1 focus on rows, on the other on pulls. Same thing for quads and hams. For the arms I like to do a lot of dropsets, bisets and forced reps. I'm more concerned about the quality of the contraction than the load.
