I train with upper lower split, eacj three times a week, the 2° workout, the workout in the middle of the week I take it easy, but the other two I go till failure and over, when I fail I don't let the bar, I try to pull anyway and keep my self in that isometric tension as long as I can then boom I jump down the bar where my rings are fixed and I start doing bodyrows till failure and after an isometric hold I decline and do this over and over again till I am standing, then 3 min rest and I do the same with pushing exercise, in 30-40 min I am completely done.

Grinder makes a good visual point. I just tried doing handstand pushups on a pair of paralettes, and the first set I got into position by running my feet up a wall and after achieving full extension, just stabilizing for a few seconds. And my left shoulder was like, ouch. So, I did a second set that involv ed a couple of inches of range of motion for a few reps, and that felt ok. But, it would be nice to get some form feedback from a person or a camera, because the discomfort I felt might have been so to unequal distribution of weight, as Grinder illustrates, in the second video in this series Grinder further makes the asymmetrical distribution of weight point.

Matt when you do high reps workout do you sometimes feel bored that you have to rush through the reps or lose motivation and find the workouts to be hard to stick to

So if I do handstands and pushups which are both using the pushing chain, would I train both 2x a week...? For the other chains training each 2 times a week seems possible with the Big Six

I know guys tht were in prison and follow a few of different guys from prison on YouTube thy do push ups pull ups etc thy train almost every day and thy dont get the greatest food either and alot of thm are frickn jacked ???? 2 or 3 times a week aint enough
