generally, both a 110lbs and a 210lbs person would take the same standard dosage of creatine, which is 3-5 grams per day. It’s interesting he takes creatine, as he’s stated he deals with BPII. My friend who deal with bipolar II has tried creatine on several occasions and it effects his mood. He swore it off about two years back because he was tired of the drawbacks.

You're ment to take 3 grams there is a ratio for size but most people way overshoot it. You do not need 10g a day lmao but the companies will love you

Most people should take 5grams but if you’re bigger then 180 and are active I don’t see any problem with taking 10 grams and it makes sense since the bigger you are the more energy/ water you’ll need to fuel your body

Your wrong man. You'll eventually get enough saturated in your muscles. If you drink more You'll just get saturated faster. After saturated taking 5 grams or 20 grams a day makes no difference. Bro just got on the mic to hear his own voice 🤦
