Chicken with turmeric bone broth rice:

Cook your chicken the way you enjoy most
For the rice:
1 Tbs oil in a pan and add your onions
Once fragrant add your rinsed rice (3 cups) add your turmeric 1-tsp or 1-Tbs then let that rice toast off for a couple minutes.
In with your bone broth with your water and let simmer, after finished add your mushrooms and peas!

Beef with roasted potatoes:

I just cooked my beef up with some taco seasoning, then cut up about 5lbs potatoes and soaked them in salt water. Then tossed them in fresh garlic, oil and salt. Roasted them at 450 degrees.

Spicy Turkey pasta bowl:

Cooked up my turkey with onion, garlic, chili, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper flakes and set aside.

In a pot with no oil, add 4 andouille sausages diced up and onion. After about 5 minutes and everything is cooked off and crispy add 4-5 cloves minced garlic, 1 cut up jalapeños, 2 small chopped zucchini, turkey goes back in(3lbs), 1 can rinsed beans, 2 cans tomatoes and chili’s and last 1 big can roasted tomatoes.

Server over pasta with some cheese to top 💥

I’ll leave half the meals in my fridge then throw half in the freezer!

Holy yum ! I just don’t why on earth I don’t use these simple game changers in my cooking-broth, canned and fire roasted tomatoes, garlic, turmeric!! Love the speedy yet detailed recipes.
