Advanced Seated Cardio Wheelchair or Chair Upper Body Exercise is a fun high energy seated exercise for people with limited mobility who need to sit exercise and get fit. The workout is 50 minutes of safe, effective cardio and boxing at exercise moves with focus on the upper body, using legs is optional. This will get your heart rate up going while enhancing your cardiovascular system. The final segment features seated abs and stretching.

Your care for people with limited mobility is always amazing. Here they are always finding new chair workouts to help their motivation instead of being stuck forever to a few options. Very few fitness and health channels have sitting workouts and those are kept to a minimum just because they get less views, but you keep renewing your playlist. This shows how much you sherish human beings way more than the YouTube statistics.

Generally I am high energy and work hard every day. I was doing a window washing job and my ladder slipped under me. Broke both of my heels.

Your high energy videos are giving me my morning exercise and giving me hope that my body will recover quickly.

Hi Paul, I recently became an above knee amputee, and due to osteomyelitis in my femur, I will be in a wheelchair for some time. I am ex college athlete, endurance runner and cyclist, and I have not been able to do what I love for over a year now. God willing, I will be on a prosthetic before the new year, but until then, I am so glad that I have found you. I have two young children whom my wife and I trying to teach the importance of physical activity for not just the body, but also the mind! This morning we did this workout video as a family, and my daughter was so excited because you kept saying her name! (Layla). I just wanted to say thank you for your energy, and thank you for providing me some fun energetic workout videos to get my heart pumping, and that out a smile on my face. Your energy is contagious, and your care for others shines through in your videos. God bless you my friend! I’ll be working out with you everyday for the next couple months!

Enjoyed this workout, especially with the pauses for water breaks. The oblique dance and stretch, washing/drying the windows, and the windmill were very effective for my lower back pain. Thank you!
