Hi Deepti - i got know about your channel yesterday only from my 9 year niece. She used to do zumba with you. I used to gym and weight training but due to lockdown unable to do it now. I was in the opinion that your channel will not be that effective as compared to normal cardio. Yesterday i tried with her and my entire opinion changed. I was sweating badly after 30 min and njoying it too. Thanks for helping us out by such great fitness videos in such pandemic times

Thank you Deepti Ma'am. It's a long awaited video for me. I am slim by structure but post pregnancy my lower abdomen muscles have loosen. Though I had started core exercises but soon left due to immense hip joint pain and shifted with your Zumba routine. Now I could back to core muscle exercises with this workout routine. Thank you. 😁
