This meditation uses hypnotic techniques to both accelerate the astral body activation and your relaxation to be able to enter theta state. Theta state is the brainwave state in which we can perceive parallel realities.

You can use this session with or without the exercise at the beginning. To jump ahead you can start at 11:54 Start of hypnosis: first relaxation. You can also use the exercise at the beginning on its own.

This astral projection meditation gives you step-by-step instructions to begin with and uses various hypnotic techniques to accelerate activation of the astral state and to allow the listener to go to a deeper state of relaxation to reach theta state faster (techniques include eye fixation, hand and arm fatigue and eye catalepsy). Practice regularly to achieve an out of body experience.

I just want to say thank you for what you are doing. I've been trying to astral travel for some years now and i reached the vibration part but always gets scared. I've started your videos about 4 months now and i have high hopes of finally astral travelling. Thank you so much❤

Thanks for this amazing meditation ❤️🙏 I've been astral projecting all my life not recalling anything. Ive been listening this for a few days. Each day i saw something, even tho by morning i couldn't always make out what i saw. But on a soul level it all actually happened. Ill be listening for a whole month everyday. Thank you much 💕😊

Thank you so much for these meditations and hypnosis recordings. I have been trying for a little over a month now to project (which I know is not a long time) and I can feel vibrations and an upward pulling sensation but then for some reason I am completely pulled out of the entire trance state. I am looking forward to trying the exercises, hoping after a while it will help to help me fully detach.

I felt like a crazy weight ob my chest and i felt like i was getting smaller or something it was really weird i think thats the closest ive ever been was def vibrating thanks a lot

Im not sure i felt the vibration stage i felt the tingles i felt like my soul was lifting from my feet a very light and airy feeling like is just wanted to exit my body during the process i saw a pink cherry blossom tree dont know why i saw that but i think im going to try again the feeling of calmess is so good thanks for this experience❤

I started to feel really cold on my lips and was seeing myself like in space for a second this was really helpfull but im still stuck havent projected yet and been meditating daily for about 5 months not sure if anyone has any advice i think im getting closer though

Thank you for this one sarah, have listener to many astral guided meditation from your channel, I can now feel the vibration very soon when i am relaxed .. but i do still have this fear of leaving my body

I mean i can feel the moment where i will connect with my astral body but my physical body will hesitate or get scared
Any advise on how can i overcome this 🙏🏼🤍

would you please consider doing an all night vagus nerve reset/healing? i am certain it would be phenomenal and most beneficial for me and hopefully others too
