I am 26 years old and suffering for arthritis since 2016. I am constantly on painkiller. I was having difficulty to walk. But after working on your tips i have improved a lot. Thanks ❤

All of them especially stairs. I'm only 67 and for the past two years I have terrible pain from my knees down. I can only go up and down stairs one at a time.

Yep . Stairs, uneven surfaces and bending down. Have total knee replacement and one leg shorter than the other so use a cane to help with balance outside Thanks for all your suggestions, many of them have helped..

Iam getting so much better than last year this time you have brought me to walking a little better without the fear of falling I can climb stairs now one leg after the other uneven sidewalk I still fear my arthritis knee and hip feels better I sleep on my back now it helps so much thank you sweetie so much I have to remind myself to do it everyday don't stop strengthen my knee ❤ I love you

Spot on. Severe osteoarthritis left hip, so scared to do yoga and strength exercise for fear of aggravating left hip. Watched some of ur vids for tips. Thank you. ❤
