► Things my patients have found helpful:
Please note that I get a lot of requests and questions about what equipment is ‘best’ for treating a variety of conditions. The following is not meant to be an exhaustive or definitive list. Please use it as a starting point. If you have questions, please discuss with your healthcare provider. With that said, I have tried a number of the products below, but not all. I have included some based on positive feedback from many of my patients. As an Amazon Associate, Dr Peng earns from qualifying purchases. Thanks for yet another informative video. As a man of science myself I appreciate your references and explanations. One thing struck me a little odd though: Why is using honey as sweetener so much better than sugar ? Surely the same sweetener (glucose) is present in both ? Yes, with honey you get a lot of other nutrients at the same time but is not the sweetener really the same product ?
I am mentioning this as I am a little fed up with many self-proclaimed nutritionists always using the “natural is healthy” argument even though there are lots of “natural” ingredients that are not healthy at all.

I have arthritis and crohns disease so I've been eating specifically for years, but you're right no processed stuff because inflammation levels skyrocket within a few hours of eating. Instead you gotta eat super clean. I usually just bake some chicken in the oven with a little salt and oregano and that doesn't bother me at all
