Do you workout in your bathrobe or your pajamas sometimes? I do! This workout was inspired by those mornings when you are short on time, but want to squeeze in a quick workout. You don't need any equipment or even shoes. All moves are performed in a standing position and can be comfortably performed in whatever you are wearing. Enjoy and have a great day!

I have tried a lot of exercises this year, but none were as fun but most of all I was able to complete them without hurting myself or skipping part of them because I could not do them. So thank you very much for this and for becoming part of my morning routine!

Just great. I really like your work outs. It's been hard to find something suitable for my friends and I (relatively fit women in their 50s and 60s) - most channels seem to be either targeted at young flexible gym bunnies or the properly frail/elderly. Senior shape is perfect, providing a good range of relevant exercises to suit us all. Thank you.

Lauren.That is marvellous and since I always do your workouts before I get dressed in the morning, it is good to hear you call it the “ PJ workout”. Perfect. I’m sure a lot more people should do these exercises first thing in the day rather than later. Depends! Hope you have a good day.

I really like this workout for those days when I just don't feel up to a lot of motion. This will be my go to workout on those days. Today I am recovering from a cold so this was perfect for me to do something when I don't have the energy yet to do more.
