Hey YOU, incredible person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! - Love, Nat ❤️

I currently have advanced stage cancer. Whatever happens, I know who I am and how strong I am. If my life is short, I’m thankful for what I experienced. But I’m going to fight for every moment. I didn’t realize how precious life was until faced with my diagnosis.

If you are reading this, take every chance to soak up life. Find out who you are and love yourself fully. Discover the world around you. Take chances. Don’t waste time with anyone who doesn’t know your worth. If you are having hard times, just hold on. Things change, I promise. You don’t know yet how strong you are but one day you will realize it! ❤️

When i was younger, i thought that crying would make you weak mentally and physically. Now that i am older, i regret thinking that since nowadays, i can’t bring myself to cry anymore. But, i can say that i have cried a few times and i’ve actually gotten a bit better than before.

Can we just take a second to appreciate all the work Psych2Go puts in to make these videos for us? I just watched a Ted Talk on mental health. Due to that video, I learned that a person telling you "you shouldn't be sad because there are people out there who are having a worse time than you" is just like saying "you shouldn't be happy because there are people out there who are having a better time than you are". It's kinda a lose lose situation. And that's things we may tell other people or we have been told(I don't meant to make anyone feel bad when I say this). It's actually pretty common to be told something like that. And due to this realization I respect the words "Out goal is to make mental health more accessible ". With all that said, thank you Psych2Go for making these videos. I really do hope this makes a change in the world.

I'm here still doing my 4th quarter modules late ever since I skipped the former quarter mods because of all the stress and criticisms in the time of this pandemic. I was not able to do anything because I didnt have a goal to succeed. I only saw the results if I would fail. And it scares me even more when I don't get the encouragement that I used to get from my family. But now I have a goal. I'm going to succeed for the people I rlly care about. For now, I'll keep on persevering

I'm amazed by how I have all those signs just right after a month I had a breakdown. Especially on the "cry it all out" one. And trust me people, it helps! Crying is just like washing the conflict out of your soul. Whenever you're down, take time to rest. But keep persisting. I believe that you could be mentally stronger than you are right now.

Also big thanks to the psych2go team for clearing out the blurs of people’s daily lives. As viewers, we couldn't be more thankful!

I always thought i was mentally strong just because I walked through hell multiple times throughout the past 10 years by myself. I just started going back to therapy because i realized there were scars & trauma i never worked through fully, so even though I'm not as mentally strong as i would like to be, im still proud of where i am today. By working on some of my issues, which affect some of the points made in the video i don't have full control over, i know I'll come out stronger & less burdened than i am currently.

I guess I am stronger than I thought I was. I have five out of ten of these qualities. I am kind, open to new ideas, let myself cry, I'm not codependent if anything I'm very independent and I am persistent. Never thought I'm strong in any way; physically, emotionally and mentally but it's nice to recognize that *I am* mentally strong. Thanks once again Psych2Go.

We are all mentally strong. But we can be overwhelmed with emotions at times. this shuts down or disrupts thinking. Most mental health issues are actually emotional distress/es that you for some reason, weren't allowed to feel.
