This guided sleep meditation session is designed to train your mind for a calmer detachment from any unwanted patterns of over-thinking at bedtime.

This meditation encourages a calm awareness of the breath, and also a gentle detachment from the habits of rumination (ie. over-thinking). This session is useful for alleviating symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, OCD, and depression.

By practicing these mindful techniques of conscious observation and self acceptance, you will find you are more able to quieten and relax an overly active mind, to increase your body's healthy energy, and to become a more self assured person in the present moment.

This session is suitable and recommended for repeated listening.

The end of this session will offer suggestions for drifting and dreaming into a naturally sound and refreshing bedtime sleep.

I've tried a few of your videos but this one is the best! I use it every night and it works wonderfully :) It helps me quiet my racing mind and relax my body. And for anyone that has struggled to sleep, a good advice I got is: don't focus on falling asleep (don't make it your goal) - just focus on relaxing your body and mind (eventually you'll doze off).

I don't know how he does it but his videos put me to sleep every time. I think they work better than the sleeping pills i take. When i don't have the pills im just amazed at how i am able to fall asleep and stay asleep. Absolutley amazing!

I fell asleep. Lucid dreaming. A dream within a dream as well. You were a therapist who was helping me through this. So much became clearer to me. My questions, you answered after the pauses. Something you said, my mind woke. I was in my lucid dream realizing the epiphany and that I had been dreaming. Then I woke, to realize the details of the dream within the dream, the epiphany I had., and that this was a recording I could return to. The epiphany is mine, but as in my dreams, I thank you for your words, and your time. I appreciate you.
