Welcome to this Guided Sleep Meditation for Detachment from Overthinking. This new guided meditation for Detachment from Overthinking is a great resource for times when you might find it difficult to wind down from the days events or maybe you are just finding it hard to switch off. In the meditation I will impart simply mindfulness techniques you can absorb while you slowly drift off into a peaceful slumber and lovely nights sleep.
