I just was in bed for 15 hours due to flue. Came to the mat with backpain and bad thoughts. 10 minutes with you release tension mentally and physically. Keep doing what you do, it‘s reaching far.

I’m overjoyed to find this gentle somatic practice from you! I used to do yoga with you every day until autoimmune left me unable to.
Your voice, your cues, your knowledge of how our bodies work, your style of teaching - wow I’m so happy to be back with you!
Please make more short gentle sessions! Until then I will do this one every day lol. Many, many thanks

Interested in somatic movement for sure. I’ve been experimenting with adding it to my routine via other channels. It’s good to have it here on your channel because I’ve been with you here for years and I trust your instruction. Thanks Tim.

I needed this practice. We lost our beautiful dog Valentine today, 27.09.24, and doing a somatic practice is one of the best ways to heal. She had a wonderful life and made it to the ripe old age of 15, which is a great age for most dogs but especially a German shepherd. I've mentioned her before in comments because she was a wee yogi dog, loved it when I practiced, though made down dog not so easy sometimes 😂. Thanks again Tim for taking the time to create this practice thar will be of help and support for many. Give Olly a big hug from me 🐕🐕‍🦺🐾🩷💙

Thank you. This was slow, calming & yet super stretchy. This was perfect as I was sadly short of time this morning 😊

This was a powerful session. The awkward movements were difficult to adjust to but yielded great results. I'd love you to do a 30 minute somatic class.

Woke up feeling pretty stiff. These movements are gentle and just the right pace that allows me to set the tone for the day. Thank you

Love the 10 min class. My nagging hip/back acted up and need to shut down other exercises for a few days. This is perfect for healing. I felt so relaxed in the AM I’m did it again before bed. Thank you ❤

I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulder and hips. This works magic for opening up the lines of tension.❤

I did have trouble following this because I was on the floor and computer on the desk. Hard to see the screen when lying flat on your back. I loved the gentleness of the movements though., stretching without a lot of effort. thanks, Tim.

This was just what I needed today — loved the twists and gentle, non-hurried pace.

Thank you, I loved the short class and for me and introduction into somantic movement. I will definitely look into more of this practice. I was confused by the cones in the background thinking they were some large termite hill type structures and wondered where in the world you could be, until the lady appeared from behind one and I realised they were just the folded umbrellas. It's interesting how ones perspective can shift when we have more information.

Way too short! But that’s all I have time for so I’m complaining but I’m not complaining. That was very nice thanks again Tim!
