Yess !!!! I love mashing up my rice with rasam. The starch with rasam gives you the ultimate taste, I don't care about what others think when I mash my rasamrice.

Woww yummy food plates, pro tip for rasam : add a teaspoon of desi cow ghee on hot rice while squishing the rice and then pour the rasam on it, feels the Do try it out and let me know :)

Yes Palak is a great super healthy food, paneer gives us protein and calcium and I know its a iconic Indian delicacy but iron and calcium should not be consumed together, they cancel each other out, our body cannot absorb iron and calcium simultaneously, there has to be a 3 hour gap between the consumption of the two
So not just Palak Paneer any spinach and cheese or spinach and dairy combination will not give you the benefit of either spinach nor the dairy
If you want to cut down the bitterness of spinach consider mixing it with carrots or potatoes, really helps, basically anything that isn't really a calcium source as spinach is an iron source

Hi Anita. I have been following your videos. In many videos I have seen you taking palak at night. Usually Greens are not advisable to take at night time as they are high in Iron and slowly digestible. Didn't it create any issues for you ?
