Today, I’m sharing my intermittent fasting meals! I broke my fast at 9am with some soaked dry fruits, but when Nikhil had to rush out due to a last-minute work emergency, I quickly blended his dry fruits and milk for an instant breakfast on-the-go with my @BlendJet 🥛✨
Afterward, I enjoyed a simple avocado toast topped with tomato, lemon, and olive oil 🥑🍅. For lunch at 1:30, we had a cozy meal of urad dal, jeera rice, fresh salad, and veggie raita. Nikhil had some fun teasing me about my spoon since I’m a true eat-with-your-hands fan! 🙋♀️
Dinner kept it light and nutritious with a veggie stir fry 🥕🍄, mushroom soup, and sourdough. Today’s meals were all about ease and nutrition. Hope you enjoy watching, and sending hugs to everyone tuning in! 🫶✨
