I can also see here that you have relatively short femers though. This makes it way easier for you to have your heels on the ground in a full squat with just body wieght, and even weighted because your center of mass stays over the center of your foot more. It's harder for people with longer legs, specifically femurs to develop good dorsiflexion, or even use it properly if they already have it, because if your knees can come up to, or past your shoulders like mine can, you need more than like 30 degree, or less dorsiflexion in your ankle in order to have your center of mass close to the mid of your foot in a body weight squat.

Never felt like adding a KB or even BB provided enough extra load / extra stretch so I gave up on those.

Could you explain benefits? I feel more glute with wedge, more stable toebase as wedge emthesise tripod foot and I dont have wink issue anymore. What's the point? To have mobility and option to lift overhead - maybe, but for hypertrophy it seems like a better option overall...
