This is the type of workout i will keep coming back to at least weekly!
Todays workout is going to challenge you to strengthen your arms, shoulders, chest, and back with 1-3lb hand or wrist weights. If you don't have weights, you can do the workout without but know that you are going to get the most out of when you are challenged!

Take your time with each of the exercises and don't forget to breathe.

Constantly amazed with how much burn you get without being SUPER intense (look, we always want a good workout but we don't always want to do burpees and planks). Definitely one of the most underrated channels out there :)

Excited to try this new workout! I started doing GrowWithJo about a year and a half and been on and off. FINALLY decided to stop this back and forth after hitting 160. Today I am at 128 and feel great! This is the healthiest I felt since having my 3 kids. These videos are the best and key is being consistent for sure, even if it is a quick workout.

I really love these slow burn videos. I struggle with intense workouts that quicklt get my heartrate up. But i love that this really worked my upper body withiut me being short of breath. Ive done the 10 minute tabata arms with dumbbells video several times, but this one is next level!
