Effects of Exercise on Well-being of Older Adults

This video explores the effects of physical activity on older adults and investigates how exercise impacts physical and mental health in the elderly population. Furthermore, it introduces high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and then demonstrates a beginner-level HIIT routine that can be tried at home without any special equipment.
