Much needed. My mother had dementia and I worry that I could have it eventually, as well. I'm always looking for this type of info. Been plant based for 3 years now but I'm 66 and worry that my former eating habits could still have an effect on my health. Thank you.

I am so happy to hear about this research! I watched my mother for years with dementia and in her final years develop Alzheimer's. It broke my heart when she finally had to go into a facility. I've been eating the neuro 9 foods since being vegan and now that I know my fate may not be the same I will be especially diligent consuming these foods. Thank you for sharing your tireless research! Again, I already eat all of these, apart from whole grains. Idk, just haven't worked them into my lifestyle. But I eat everything else DAILY! I put Oregano, smoked paprika and even cumin on my salad to add a hit to it. And then I take Turmeric daily as well as many other supplements to aid in detox and over all vascular health. Keep these videos coming, I very much doing knowing that I'm doing something right!

They are great. I recently discovered them, looking at videos about Alzheimer's. (My mother had it for about 20 years, slowly disappearing as the person she had been.)
Now that I'm 74, I'm worried! So they are very practical and scientific. (I just ordered their new book.)
