does it depends on the type of exercise? I think rebounding have better effect than other. I used to run up and down the stairs at school to relieve the brain fog when I was getting exposed to mold.

I was diagnosed with Autism at 7 yrs old and i started training 2 years ago, and what they're talking about is truem It just depends on the severity of the persons Autism disorder. I want to see what I'm capable of 😊

Oh is this why my medical doctors don’t believe my professional autism diagnosis? I’m too sporty and active to be autistic 😂
Edit: maybe it’s true, I’m “high functioning” and have always been in dance, sport, like to be outside. It’s just hard to believe when I’ve never done the sedentary part to compare

He does not look healthy I am sure he is not over 80 but he looks it. Perhaps change of diet and life style would help him. Perhaps he should go whole food plant based.
