i can easily do a plank for 2-3 min but i still shake was really concerned but this video made it really clear

I also recommend doing lighter exercises or warm ups before doing the workout. It works for me since the shakiness of my arms is slowly decreasing.

1st I used to shake after 20 sec of plank but not stopping and continuing my exercises increased the time to 1 min and 20 sec within 2 weeks I am sooo happy now .

As I watched this video, I did a plank. My shakiness actually went from complete chaos to a minimally noticeable shake!!!

Yesterday after my kickboxing session, i took the kicks on my right hand and it started shaking when i was home, i was so anxious what was happening with me or something but after i saw this video, i got motivated and anxiety wiped away.🙏 thank you so much buddy

Until now I thought that I have sciatica (although i dont have any pain in my left leg), but i have constant jiggling in my upper leg muscle, ( and I was running heavy cardio for 3 years, and i lost 30 kg on purpose), so the solution is to start improving those muscles, thanks man !
