This is so normal I love it! Most times WIEID is such a small amount of food, it's unrealistic. This is normal, balanced, delicious, and pretty! And the late night cheese snack is reality!! Thank you!

I love the random craving for a plate of cheese included at the end! Listening to your body in that way is so important and diet culture often tries to quiet the cravings but it’s your body trying to refuel whatever is lacking!

I’m 6’4 and 350lbs, I’ve yo-yo dieted down around 100 lbs 3 times in my 35 years.. this is so eye opening you actually appear to eat a good amount of delicious looking food I always crash diet and over exercise until I crack…

hey abbey! I have a hunger crushing combo that I‘m OBSESSED with and wanted to share with you (cause I don’t know where else to do so and it’s too good for being unknown) mix protein powder and a banana with cocoa powder in a bowl (with no milk or water so it has a cookie dough like texture) and then you can add chocolate chips and peanut butter to it. It’s tastes AMAZING and keeps me full for hours

Hi Abby! I’m not sure if you have addressed this before, but if not, can you talk about the myths and truths regarding soy milk? I love it and I know it’s has lots of calcium, vitamin D and protein, but can you talk about how it affects women’s estrogen and other health concerns regarding soy? I’m vegetarian as well and eat a lot of soy protein. Can you address some of these concerns for us vegetarians a soy milk lovers?

Trader Joe's has this herb and spice popcorn that is so good. If you ever get a chances to go to your closest Trader Joe's in the states. I highly recommend it. There's also high protein baked oatmeal recipes out there with fruit added but I don't recommend using a too powdery tasting protein powder for it.😊

My mother is telling me I have to be on a keto diet, or my MS and anxiety/health in general will get worse. I would love for you to prove that it’s not necessarily healthy to constantly be keto.

Looks so good! I’ve never made homemade quesadillas before and don’t think of cooking them in a pan on the stove. What a great idea!I assumed they’d go in the oven. The cereal looks so good too. I thought I shouldn’t eat it anymore but you dress it up to be nutrient dense. Thanks Abbey! I’m usually not hungry in the morning but after two nights of bad insomnia that hunger hormone is kicking in.

I have PCOS. I simply can't eat like that and feel good. I gain weight, I get bloated, and break out with acne. I now am eating 100 grams of protein and 80ish grams of good animal fat a day, and only 10 to 20 carbs. I finally am thin 5'4 136lbs, my skin is glowing, and I have energy all day long. Explain that.

You had some great food throughout your day. I’m envious I need to file that exact method and you actually ate really well and sufficiently I’m of course you’re dietitian but everything looks so yummy and so well put together and maybe should write a cookbook next.
