ive been struggling with restrictive eating and today was the first day i went out to eat all year. your videos have been helping me let go of my toxic mindset and ED.

I feel like a lot of the dietitian meals always have a lot of ingredients.
It would be nice to see more simple recipes with items you can find in your pantry or on a budget.

FYI - you cannot have 1/2 dec cold brew. Chances are you’re getting strictly full caffeine cold brew with or without a dec espresso shot lol we don’t make decaf cold brew 😬

It's crazy how every body is different. If I ate all that food in a day I'd be bloated, tired, and definitely gain weight.

Do you workout a lot as well? If I ate this I'd 100% gain weight. But everyone is different.

Abby, just ignore this if you want to, So..my mom bought a pizza for me with pepperoni those frozen ones you know, and I’ve been trying to ignore it but it looks so good at 3pm in the middle of the day and I feel like “oh no don’t eat that chose some carrot sticks and hummus.” But it’s really been bugging me
