Amazing workout!! Girl you can be a fitness YouTuber!!! The quality is chef’s kiss. I would say the music is a bit loud, but I can hear you clear. My goal is core and booty so I will try. I have pcos and I’ve heard less intense workouts are better, but this seems doable! Im from MD and I sit at a desk all day as a legal analyst. Could you do core and pelvic floor strengthening exercise that could work for diastasis recti?
