My guess is it's the citric acid and malic acid that repairs DNA, both of those acids are prevalent in those fruits and veggies. They are organic acids that are destroyed by high heat, they also bind to toxic metals.

Lemons are a excellent substitute for vinegar. Don't let your lemons ferment like vinegar though. It's just not the same! Use your lemons before you lose them.
When life gives you lemons make lemon aid.

Have 4-5 lemon drops in a cup of water it cleans the body from toxic too. You should have a least 4 cups per day with lemon drops best in the mornings.
